Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Taskvault. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one. If you have any questions, contact us at support@taskvault.co.


Subscriptions

If you are on a paid subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or renewal if you have not made significant use of the service during that period.

To request a refund, email support@taskvault.co with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed, or if your account has been suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions.


Virtual goods (Point Shop)

Items purchased in the Taskvault Point Shop — including avatar frames, titles, streak shields, and partner vouchers — are purchased using points earned or bought within the platform. All point shop purchases are final and non-refundable, as virtual items are delivered immediately upon purchase.

If a purchased item fails to deliver due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and restore your purchase or refund the points spent.


Partner vouchers

Partner vouchers are issued by third-party vendors. Taskvault is not responsible for the goods or services provided by vendors. Disputes regarding redeemed vouchers should be raised directly with the issuing vendor. For unredeemed codes that fail to work, contact us and we will liaise with the vendor.
