By accessing or using Taskvault (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the service
Taskvault provides a gamified project management platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate XP, streaks, or leaderboard rankings
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@taskvault.co if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Virtual goods and points
Points earned or purchased within Taskvault, and items obtained through the Point Shop, have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. They may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify the Point Shop and its contents at any time.
4. Third-party partners and vouchers
Partner vouchers redeemable with third-party vendors are provided as-is. Taskvault does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfilment of goods or services offered by third-party vendors. Any disputes with vendors must be resolved directly with the vendor.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and materials that form the Service are owned by or licensed to Taskvault. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Content you create within the Service (e.g., project names, task descriptions) remains yours.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskvault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
