Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Why is my streak not updating?
Streaks reset at midnight in your timezone. Make sure you've completed at least one todo before midnight each day. Streak shields protect you from losing a streak if you miss a day — check the shop to purchase one.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Go to taskvault.co/redeem and enter your voucher code. Codes are in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Contact the issuing vendor if your code shows as invalid.
How do I join a workspace?
Ask your workspace admin to invite you. Once invited, you'll receive an email with a link to join. You can also sign up and ask the admin to assign you to existing projects.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Developer to find the activity export API. Admins can also export project activity logs via the Reports section.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@taskvault.co with a description of what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. We respond within 48 hours.
