Dashboard & Widgets

Your dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a live snapshot of your work — what is due, how your streak is going, how much XP you have earned, and what your teammates have been up to. The layout is fully customisable.

At a glance

  • Widgets show real-time stats for todos, streaks, XP, and activity
  • Add, remove, or rearrange widgets to match your workflow
  • Layout persists per-user across all devices
  • All data reflects your personal stats, not the whole workspace

Todos by status

Counts of your todos in each status (To Do, In Progress, Done, Canceled). Click a status to jump straight to the filtered list.

Streak card

Current streak length, shield status, and a mini calendar showing which days you have checked in. A flame icon indicates an active streak.

Activity feed

A live stream of recent activity across all your projects: todos created, completed, comments posted, milestones hit.

Upcoming todos

Todos with a future start date that are not yet in your active view. Sorted by start date ascending.

Overdue count

A prominent count of todos past their due date with a quick link to filter for them in each project.

Customising your dashboard

  1. 1

    Open the customise panel

Click the "Customise" button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. A slide-over panel lists all available widgets.

  2. 2

    Toggle widgets on or off

Use the toggle next to each widget to show or hide it. Changes take effect immediately — no save button needed.

  3. 3

    Rearrange widgets

Drag the handle icon (⠿) on any widget to reorder it. The new order is saved to your account automatically.

  4. 4

    Close the panel

Click outside the panel or press Escape. Your layout is preserved for your next visit.

Dashboard vs. project view

The dashboard is personal — it shows your todos and your stats. Individual project pages show work shared across all members. For team-wide activity, use the Activity tab inside a project or visit the global /activity page.

💡 Tip

If your dashboard feels cluttered, start by hiding the Activity Feed and Overdue Count — these are high-signal widgets that work best when you have multiple active projects.

ℹ️ Note

Widget layout is saved per user, not per device. Your arrangement looks the same whether you log in from a laptop or a phone.
