Welcome to Taskvault
Taskvault is a project management tool built for teams who want to stay organised and actually enjoy getting work done. It combines a clean task layer with a gamification engine — streaks, XP, levels, badges — so completing work feels rewarding rather than mechanical.

Core concepts
Projects
The top-level container. Each project has members, todos, milestones, a message board, a calendar, a timeline, and a full activity log.
Todos
Individual tasks with statuses (todo, in_progress, done, canceled), due dates, assignees, tags, subtasks, and dependencies.
Milestones
Group related todos under a target date. Visible in the Timeline (Gantt) view. Progress is tracked automatically as todos are completed.
Lists
Named sections inside a project for organising todos — by sprint, team, or feature area.
Gamification
Earn XP, maintain streaks, unlock badges and avatar frames, and compete on six leaderboards.
How the app is structured
After logging in you land on the Dashboard, which shows your personal stats, recent activity, streak status, and upcoming todos. From the sidebar you can navigate to your projects, the global activity log, the leaderboard, and your profile.
