Quick Start

This guide walks you from a fresh account to your first completed task in under five minutes.

At a glance

  • Create a project to hold all your work
  • Add todos with a title, due date, and assignee
  • Mark a todo done to earn XP and start your streak
  • Invite teammates from the project Members tab

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Create a project

    Click the + button next to "Projects" in the sidebar, or use the floating action button on mobile. Give your project a name — description and cover colour are optional. Hit Create.

    Add your first todo

    Open the project and click Add Todo, or press N. Type a title and press Enter to save it instantly, or expand the form to set a due date, assignee, priority, and tags.

    Move work through statuses

    Click the status indicator on any todo row to cycle its status, or open the todo detail dialog for a status dropdown. Marking a todo done awards XP and streak credit.

    Invite a team member

    Go to the project Members tab and click Invite Member. Search by name or email. You can assign Project Admin or Member role.

  5. 5

    Complete a todo and earn XP

    Mark a todo as done. Watch your streak counter appear in the sidebar — keep completing todos on consecutive days to build your streak.

Works from any page

💡 Tip

Press N while a project is open to instantly open the quick-add form. Type a title and press Enter — the todo is saved without clicking anything. It is the fastest way to capture work as it comes up.
