Message Board
The Message Board is the project-wide announcement and discussion feed. Use it for updates that should reach the whole team — sprint kickoffs, decisions made, blockers that affect everyone, or anything that does not belong on a specific todo.
At a glance
- ✓Project-wide announcement feed visible to all members
- ✓@mention a specific person to send them a notification
- ✓Use @all to notify every project member at once
- ✓Messages are threaded and timestamped
- ✓Useful for standups, announcements, and decisions
Opening the Message Board
Navigate to a project and click the Board tab in the project navigation bar. Messages appear in reverse-chronological order (newest first). Scroll down to see older messages.

⚠️ Warning
Replying to a message
Click the Reply link under any message to open a threaded reply box. Replies appear indented under the original message. All project members can see replies. The original poster is notified of every reply.
Editing and deleting messages
You can edit or delete your own messages at any time. Hover a message and click the three-dot menu (…) to access Edit and Delete. Workspace admins can delete any message. Deleted messages show a placeholder to preserve thread context.
💡 Tip
Message Board vs. todo comments
- Message Board — for project-wide announcements, decisions, and updates relevant to the whole team.
- Todo comments — for discussion specific to one piece of work. Prefer comments when the conversation belongs to a particular todo.
